CaseWORTH™ helps you get the very best settlement for your client, regardless of the size of their case.
We know personal Injury cases come in different sizes and different complexities. That’s why CaseWORTH is designed to allow you to enter as little, or as much damage detail as a case requires. In a simple case you may only want a list of medical providers, their total billed and amounts due. In a more complex case you may include individual medical bills, service date details, subrogation payments and liens.
This idea of entering as little or as much detail as you need to create useful information for the case exists throughout CaseWORTH. For each type of damages CaseWORTH allows you to enter just the basics, or lots of detail.

Using CaseWORTH™ to qualify a case
The Case Evaluation Wizard allows an attorney to quickly enter some ballpark numbers for damages and expenses, see the net available to the Claimant and firm and decide if this is a case worth taking. The attorney can use the What If Calculator to tinker with the numbers to run possible settlement/disbursement scenarios and see an instant update of the payout.

Using CaseWORTH™ to manage a simple case
The New Case Wizard asks more specific questions about damages and expenses and allows a secretary or paralegal to create a simple, or more detailed CaseWORTH case file. This wizard created case file is fully editable to add just the right amount of detail any case requires to prove the claim.

Advanced Features save you time and make you money

CaseWORTH™ Projects Present Value of Future Damages
The CaseWORTH Economist Wizard uses the claimants past history and/or expert testimony to project future damages for Future Medical and Future Earnings. These future damages are shown year by year in an amortization table style chart with the Present Value calculations done for you automatically. You enter (or adjust) the Present Value Discount Interest Rate and CaseWORTH does the rest.
Every scanned or electronic document that supports any damage, expense, lien or negotiation can be attached to the related detail allowing you to build an electronic file for a personal injury case.

CaseWORTH™ reports save time and effort
The CaseWORTH Damage Package report is a PDF that can be printed or emailed to the insurance adjuster or opposing attorney to list the details of the damages. This report is formatted to give you concrete documentation to support your settlement demand.
The Settlement Statement report gives you a polished document that explains firms fee and expenses, each disbursement the claimants net and gives the claimant a place to sign.
